JOSHUA BIRK

A native of the Mitten State, Joshua has lived in and around Southeast Michigan his entire life. He grew up in Ypsilanti and has settled down in Canton after stops in Ann Arbor, Livonia and Plymouth.

He attended the University of Michigan for undergrad and liked it enough to stay for three more years and receive his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

After Law school, he worked as an associate in the real estate practice group at one of Michigan’s largest law firms. That jumpstarted his interest in real estate and he hasn’t looked back since.

He’s completed numerous flips, buy-and-holds, and has assisted other investors with the same. His legal training gives him a unique background from which to work.

SARAH LORENZ

Sarah grew up in Ypsilanti and is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. After living in Wayne County, she returned to Ann Arbor, where she has now resided for over 20 years.

Sarah specializes in small real estate investments and short term rentals, as well as strategic primary residence purchases with an eye on appreciation. She is knowledgeable about mortgage loans and renovation/construction costs.

Sarah frequently consults on staging, architectural styles, and has a special interest in mid century modern homes.

ERIC WILKINSON

With a passion for service in the Chelsea area, Eric is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.  His attention to detail and dedication to representing his clients will help guide them in fulfilling their real estate goals.

Originally from Georgia, Eric is a graduate of West Point and served as an Army officer for over 6 years including two tours in Iraq.  He spent over a decade in corporate marketing roles in the mining and construction industries.  A final corporate relocation landed him in the Chelsea area several years ago. 

Eric is an active real estate investor and owns several rental properties in Washtenaw County.  This experience aids in his ability to assist clients in identifying and evaluating potential income properties.

Eric lives in Sylvan Township just outside of Chelsea with his wife and three boys.  He loves the small town character of Chelsea.  When he is not at work, he is an avid DIY'er and can be found working on some project around his home.

DANIELLE BUSCHMANN

Danielle grew up near Frankenmuth, MI but quickly moved to southeast Michigan upon graduation from high school. She attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and received a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Communication and English. Upon graduation from the University of Michigan, Danielle started working for Google in 2007 in Ann Arbor. After several moves across the country with Google, Danielle is back working in the Google Ann Arbor office today. Throughout her time at Google, she’s had numerous different roles touching a wide variety of functions, including marketing, customer service, human resources, and sales.

Starting in 2012, Danielle began investing in buy-and-hold real estate in Royal Oak MI and later moved with her family to Plymouth MI in 2015 where she currently resides today. She owns several rental properties throughout the Plymouth community, including a BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) that she and her husband were able to pull off in Old Village downtown Plymouth. Danielle has a servant heart and she loves helping to find great homes for family, friends, and people in her community.

When she’s not working on scoping new deals or at Google, you will find Danielle spending time with her husband, 2 young daughters, and puppy or practicing yoga.
